Shipping policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 10 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold, calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimated at 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note this may state" An update will be available once item has attempted delivery" This means the item is on its way and I kindly ask you to be patient. Should an item take 11 working days or longer, enough time would have past to open an investigation with Royal Mail.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- UniversalTransfersUK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- UniversalTransfersUK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
